PPD team has successfully supplied 500 numbers of 50ft Container Flat Top wagons to New Zealand. After that, the design of IAB Gen I wagons has been optimized and upgraded to IH Gen II wagons, which boasts better reliability and more user-friendliness. All these 300 IH Gen II wagons have been produced and will be arriving in New Zealand
by the peak season of freight business in 2013. Furthermore, 100 IH wagons were ordered in 2014, upon the IH wagons having been proven to be a mature and satisfied model in New Zealand. It is our privilege to be a part of KiwiRail’s contribution in New Zealand’s rail turnaround plan.
